The setup

Delilah and Ryan have a beach house and a lazy spring break planned. Episode 1 opens with Delilah shaking a groggy Ryan awake: her best friend Lena switched flights and will be there within the hour. The two friends haven't seen each other in ages, and Delilah can't wait for them to meet. Lena, an AI version made under license from Lena the Plug (who shot none of these scenes), arrives with hugs for Delilah and a long, frank look at Ryan. Delilah talks him up nonstop. Lena agrees a little too warmly, and then everyone goes dancing.

Why it is worth the time

Here Lena the Plug's licensed AI double gets her first Candy series, playing the friend who sees what she wants right away. The fun is Delilah's oblivious cheer next to Lena's sly replies.
