The setup

Ben and Emily are house hunting, and they love this place. While Emily is busy measuring the kitchen, the realtor takes Ben upstairs to see the bedrooms, and she points out which room has a lock. In episode 1 she asks how long they have been married and whether the honeymoon is over. In episode 2 the door is locked, his wife is somewhere below calling out to him, and the tour becomes a negotiation about how much time they have. The sale moves forward at the same time, which makes the tension funnier.
