The setup
Theo cannot stop thinking about the gothic couple next door. His wife has noticed, and instead of fighting about it, the two of them decide to do something about it. They draw the neighbors into a private members-only club with its own strict rules and its own dress code. Behind the polite hellos over the fence, everyone is leading a second life. The series plays with the gap between what the neighborhood sees and what these four adults actually do after dark. Nobody on the street suspects a thing.
Why it is worth the time
The suburban-secret angle gives it a twist: the fence, the club and the double life are the appeal. It suits viewers who want atmosphere and a darker visual style with a wink. Premium from episode 1.
Best night for it
A dark, quiet night when you want mood and atmosphere more than speed, and can give it full attention.
