The setup

Episode 1 opens in a car, with Mona teasing her stepbrother just before they meet their exchange host family, who are formal, old money and fond of rules. Then she meets Charlotte at the door and the stepbrother promptly forgets his manners. Episode 2 shows them the guest rooms, side by side, and the house starts to feel less strict than advertised. A snooping Mona finds something in a room that obviously once belonged to one of the host sons. Tea is at a fixed hour, and the clock is not helping anyone.

Why it is worth the time

The comedy comes from the mismatch: stiff manners on the outside, flirting at every corner. It is playful, fast, and the setting alone makes it feel like a small holiday.
