The setup

Madison arrives in the attic room for a long sports exchange hosted by Ryan, who knew her father from a building site and now runs the circuit. She is an adult, as Ryan notes, and he has not seen her since she grew up. Episode 1 sets the awkward warmth: easy talk about her dad, a joke about cucumbers, and a quick end to a past relationship. Episode 2 puts them in the home gym, where she asks him to film her, then to spot her on squats, and a towel gets requested.

Why it is worth the time

Pacing is relaxed, and the tension builds through small shared moments rather than speeches. The mix of sport, a house guest and a girlfriend heading back keeps it moving without feeling rushed.

Best night for it

A low-key evening for a short break, especially if you like a gradual build with sunny, athletic energy.
