The setup

Noah always glances into one particular bedroom as he passes, and this time the door is wide open while his girlfriend's stepsister is changing. She does not rush to cover up. She notes he had plenty of chances to turn his head, then offers him a longer look. He protests, naturally, since she is his girlfriend's stepsister, but she waves him inside anyway. Then his girlfriend starts calling for him from the hallway, asking where he went, and the stepsister tells him to hold still and keep quiet. When he finally says he has to go, she says she is not finished with him.

Why it is worth the time
