The setup

Evangelina is settling in at a sunny villa after her mother's wedding, getting along nicely with her new stepdad. Then he introduces his brother Chad, who is much more handsome than anyone mentioned. Chad asks her along to a yacht party that evening and she says yes. Episode 2 starts with a pool and a hint that this is only the warm-up. On the boat they dance close, he reminds her that he is technically her step-uncle, and someone eventually proposes finding a bedroom. Nobody there is worried about the rules back home.
