The setup

Talia Reid arrives for her interview with a quiet mission: she is undercover at a company with a suspicious reputation. Mr. Vaughn is polished, multilingual and unnervingly calm. He asks if she is single and offers a tour of a floor full of staff, promising her a heavy workload and big pay. In episode 2 he takes her on a long flight, and she meets his wife Viviana, who jokes about their long marriage. Talia notices she is being studied as much as she studies. When a bathroom break turns into an order to leave the door ajar, she has to decide how much she wants to play along.

Why it is worth the time

It blends corporate intrigue with flirtation, and the spy angle gives you a reason to keep watching beyond the heat. Talia is clever and wary, and Vaughn is a worthy foil.

Best night for it

A good fit for a focused evening with a plot-loving mood, especially if you like a thriller wrapped around a slow tease.
