The setup

On day five of boot camp, Trainer Harlow takes charge of the yard: a rule of looking at her and answering fast. She singles out one recruit, calls him pathetic when he cannot finish his push-ups, and tells him to report at the training ground when the evening bell rings. Episode 2 opens with another recruit who likes him, watching from the side. The trainer notices that he cannot concentrate and tells him to follow her toward the locker area. It is stamina training, she says, and he is not allowed to finish until she tells him.

Why it is worth the time

Dominant, commanding and quick, it leans into the military setting and the power gap. It is for people who like firm orders, tight discipline and a lead who never raises her guard.
